Bad customer service

I was at Mr Price home wonderpark yesterday morning just after 10h00, their customer service is so poor..I was on the queue to pay and it was only one cashier dedicated to attend to customer while the other 3 cashiers were busy with paperwork, I mean do customers have to wait until they are finished with their paperwork or must they attend to customers on the queue and deal with their paperwork later...they didn't even seem to care that customers are on the queue ...as if that was not enough when I got to pay ..when the cashier requested an override from the supervisor Chuene she said she was coming as she was also busy with paperwork and the cashier had to call twice for her while she was standing there doing paperwork...Mr Price home wonderpark needs to know that customers are important and we are not going to the shop to waist our time ..we are there to buy and move. Time is precious
