BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Mr. Price Home Mall@55 gave me a very inappropriate customer service yesterday on the 7th of April 2025. I went there to collect my online order that I have at the store on the 25th March 2025. 1stly the wrong order was delivered, I ordered a Burgundy fitted sheet and a pink one was delivered. When I was explaining to the lady at the store that this is not the correct color, she kept gaslighting me and not listening. She was rude and insulting my intelligence. The store manager did not intervene she sat on the phone. Even when i left the store she did not even bother to ask if my dispute was resolved or not. I am appalled by their behavior; I am a paying customer and the way that store treats their customers is really unfair and disrespectful
