Bad customer service

Yesterday went to Mr price home GRAHAMSTOWN to buy bed side lamps n on till while I was paying the cashier said I'm short.Jokingly I said can mi counting be that bad only to find out that two bed side lamps are showing two different prices.Now I said this is the price I saw n took two ,the manager was then called n her only response was unfortunately I'm gonna have to pay them like that.

I then asked so if I see coffee mugs n checked them out n decide to take 6 so need to double check if they dd their job well by putting same price on all 6 of them.Bernadine was so arrogant n dd not take any blame.On top of that there was still another lamp marked as damaged with the same price I saw ,I still asked so it's maked damaged but still on the floor to be sold.
