Bad Customer Service

I have experienced the worst online shopping with Mr Price Home. This being the first time shopping from Mr Price Home online, it might just be the last. Revamping our study and the great offer off getting R 400.00 off when buying R 2000.00, I thought it would be a good opportunity. It is now a month later and I have only received half of my order. Firstly, 2.5 weeks after the order, I had to go to a store to get an update on my order. Only then, they informed me that the items I ordered were out of stock and they will send me an email with the update. When placing my order online, there was no indication that the items were out of stock. I then asked to be notified when these items would be in stock so that all can be delivered at once. Almost 2 weeks later and without a reply on the email, only 1 of the items was delivered and no sign from the rest. After another email, I have still not received a response. Looking forward to a reply as I will be taking this further.
