Bad customer service

Am not happy with mr price home level of service,I went instore to purchase a wooden toilet seater in eastrand mall and they ddnt have on stock so they advised me to buy online then my item will be delivered instore.I did purchase the item online and paid instore then after some days received an email that the item is out of stock and my funds will be reimbursed fully,unfortunately the company decided that they will give me a gift voucher without my authority.I rep**** back to the customer service agent by the name of Sindisiwe that I want my money not a gift voucher,she then asked for my banking details.My banking details were send but she never came back to me,called customer service I was told the lady is on lunch,spoke to a lady called Pearl stayed on the line for 15minutes the lady told me she can't find anything she will ask Sindisiwe to call back,I left my numbers still theres nobody who called.I just want my money back and then buy somewhere am not happy at all.
