Bad Customer Service

When you walk into a store you expect great customer service, need it be a customer returning an item, exchanging,purchasing or just browsing. <br> <br> I have walked into CW Mr.Price home numerous of times and on every visit I have bought my fair share of merchandise. If you enter my house the first thing you will get is a welcome mat from Mr Price to the curtains in my entire house.<br> <br> So when I return something that is faulty and explain to both a cashier and manager that all i want is a straight swop AND in return receive a dirty look as if Im a nuisance or inconvenience makes me actually frustrated as I have worked in retail before and know exactly how a customer should be treated. <br> <br> This is not the first time i have received this look from the manager and am utterly appalled that she is in such a high position and treats her customers as they are just pests. She should remember to smile and be polite at all times<br> <br> Feeling very annoyed
