Bad curtain quality and poor service

About 8 months ago I purchased three (3) Block Out curtains for my main bedroom. Last week I decided to wash my curtains as they were dirty. The washing instructions stated cold hand wash and as such I hand washed the first curtain. I then proceeded to wash the second out of the three curtains. I found that the curtain was sticking to itself when I wanted to hang it back up and it seemed that some of the dirt marks did not come out only to discover that the marks were in fact not marks but the self lining that had come off. This curtain and the second one are now ruined as when I hung them up they look absolutely shocking. I phoned the customer services line to explain what had happened and what needs to be done. They proceeded to inform me that I need to take photos and send them an email which they will pass on to the quality department. I was also informed that it would take 24 hours for someone from Mr Price Home quality department to get in touch with me. I sent my email last week Tuesday and today is Monday the 2nd May and no one has bothered to get in touch with me or reply to my email. These curtains are R400.00 a curtain and now I am sitting with two ruined curtains in my bedroom as I am not going to wash the third as it two will be ruined. I find the lack of response from customer services and that no one to date from your quality department has gotten in touch with me shocking, but yet as a customer I am supposed to have ruined curtains hanging in my main bedroom and be satisfied with your quality. I hope that Mr Price Home will take action with regards to my situation and come up with a solution.
