Bad Attitude and Service

Went to Mr Price home in Tyger Valley Mall on Sunday. We found a desk for my daughter, and we wanted to purchase it. Firstly the sales person was not at the floor. He had to be called on the intercom to come and assist. He walked in, maybe 5 minutes later, and I asked him, if he had this in a box, so we can purchase it, now. He said No, they don't have stock and the one on the floor is the only one. I then asked him if he could deliver it, as it would not fit in my car. He said then he would have to charge me R400 for delivery. He said he could phone another branch to find out if they had stock and I said to him, I was not happy with that and that I think he should deliver it for free, as he did not have it in a box. He said no and started turning around, to walk away. I then got upset as I was not finished discussing this with him and took exception to the way he handled the situation. Firstly, he's attitude stinks and secondly, I work in FMCG and if I handled my clients like this, they would leave us as Customers. I said, I would not return to this branch as their attitude is very poor. If this is the kind of service delivery they promote, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM MR Price Home. As far as I remember his name was Enrico. I will not be back there!!!
