Bad attitude and merchandising

Received the most atrocious service ever in Mr Price Home at the Kolonnade Retail Park today. First I took candles of a shelf that was marked buy 2 get 1 free, standing in line to pay I saw a box I liked and decided to take that as well. It was closed on the shelf, I opened the lid and saw three smaller boxes packed inside. Naturally I assumed if it is packed like that it comes a set, like any normal person would. Now I get to the cashier, an extremely rude lady who knows absolutely nothing about customer service or taking responsibility. So I asked are you taking all 4 boxes, I then asked isn't it a set and if not why is it packed on the shelf as 1. No each one is separate. So I decided to leave it and only take the candles, which also turned out to hAve been on the wrong shelf, even though the entire inventory of candles seemed to be on that shelf it was in fact not buy 2 get 1 free. At this point the cashier started getting an attitude as I asked if anything in the store is then shelved correctly as it seems everything was misplaced. As I walked away she started helping the next customer and you could here her all the way down the store telling the customer how I was difficult
