AVOID THIS COMPANY!

The service from Mr Price Home is SHOCKING! Yes, you may have an external delivery company, but this is an impression on YOU and your brand. We bought a couch and selected the delivery option - knowing it will take 5-7 working days. On Day 7, we got a phone call at 8am saying they will deliver today. I told them this is not possible as no one is home. I asked for my couch to be delivered the next day. Later in the day, I got a phonecall advising me that my couch was damaged so we have to wait another 5-7 working days. The next day, I get a phone call saying that the delivery guys are outside my apartment. By chance, I was home, and they delivered HALF of my couch. After making an official complaint (which was partly ignored and just a "apologies for the inconvenience" we were told they will deliver the other half of our couch. I specially mentioned that they must phone me 24hours prior so I can make sure someone is at the house as Mr Price is useless where they only deliver in the week, when everyone is working. Also, it will be "anytime" between 08:00 and 17:00 - who sits at home all day waiting for a delivery? Yesterday, they called saying it will be delivered today. I paid for an uber for a friend to wait at my house; and now when I phoned, they said no, they not delivering today, only tomorrow. Absolutely SHOCKING! The most *********** and pathetic service delivery I have ever encountered and will NEVER use Mr Price Home again. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
