Avoid like the plague - worst online sopping experience ever.

These clowns are an absolute joke. I Ordered stuff online as a gift. Final delivery date was supposed to be the 8th of Jan. Was shipped in the 31's dec. Products got lost in transit and when I speak to the helpdesk they defer all responsibility to the couriers. Contacted them 4 days in a row asking for an update and each call desk agent promises to speak to the courier and get back to me. Still waiting on the feedback. This after I told them I am frustrated and was assured by Tembeca that she personally would call me back the same day.

Birthday has passed, needed to buy gift from somewhere else. Any decent business would have reshipped goods and sorted out their logistic issues for the lost package in their own time.

Recommend avoid doing any type of ecommerce with them,. their logistics are useless. I asked for my money back and was told only once the courier returned the goods.

I Will contact my bank and start the process to try and reverse the transaction. Will never buy at any of the Mr price chain again, in store or online.
