Assaulted my 3 year old on her Birthday!

I am still disgusted, I have no words to describe how angry I am after the way your staff member assaulted my child. This is the 3rd or 4th time I have been into your store and was treated badly by one of your staff members. This is the last time I will step foot into your store. I urge shoppers with children not to enter the Woodmead store. My 3 year old touched your card machine and a staff member grabbed her hand and shoved it off the machine. Her little fingers were caught in the cord of the machine and she was shocked and even remarked at how naughty the lady was. Then the cashier had the cheek to remark on how disrespectful I was when I raised my voice. I was angry with good reason. Yes I raised my voice, how dare you touch my child and with such force. Nobody has bothered to call and apologise and it is over 24 hours. I would think that this sort of behaviour would be a priority. Woolies, Pick 'n Pay and Dischem have all treated my child with the love and care I expect from shops in the service industry. In fact only a week ago I called a manager in Pick 'n Pay to thank them for the way they treated my child. I was told you have enough customers by your manager.
