Asked to return the cracked vase to the grove mall

I am so angry I mean I have spent more than R10 000 on this store from march to now and I have returned small things costing between R200 and 350 twice only imagine spending R10000 and returning damaged goods costing around R350 twice and I still get attitude, I think on the 20th of june we went to the grove mall and I bought 2 vases and last week I gave my husband the vases to return with the slip and he only returned one as it was the one with the visible crack and brought one home now I saw the crack on the vase and tried to exchange it as its visible and I was told by a lady in a grey jersey (I think manager) that they cant take it back because it will be a minus for their store \LIKE REALLY WHATS THAT GOT TO DO WITH ME"I used to work for a store and I think its time all managers and staff of mr price home go for customer service courses then I walk around the store and get a few things for my dog and wen I go pay the lady at the till asks me if the vase fell"
