Arrogant,disrespectful and confrontational

Even while typing this I am still shaking from anger. I have supported Mr Price since childhood years even before the Sport an Home franchises were created and continued to do so with my kids with clothing, sporting goods and camping equipment. I have never been so humiliated by a retail staff member in all my life at the Kolonade Retail park branch. I took both my girls there for them to redecorate their bedrooms. I placed them both in a trolley and went up the escalator as I could not see a lift. The manager(white guy with glasses)proceeded to shout at me that I should use the lift n what am I thinking doing that,and what do I think will happen if the troll tips.He did this from the tills in full view of all of the clients in the store. After browsing on the second floor with my daughters I went downstairs leaving the trolley there.I approached the manager and told him that there is a better way to handle a situation like that instead of humiliating his clients. He continued to yell at me again shouting about liability!!!!! I could not even get a chance to tell him that I didnt see a lift. He continued to shout and go on not giving me a chance to talk. So at a loss of options I told him that if he didn't shut his mouth that I would shut it for him. Again this happened in full view of all of the other clients. So from a client service point of view...If you are worried that clients take a trolley up the escalator(because signs showing where the lift is are non existent or not in reasonable view of the clients) then you should install a pillar to block trolleys and place proper signage there guiding clients to the lift. Because shouting like an un-mannered lunatic and embarrassing your clientele is not advisable. I left your store in utter disbelief and frustration that you employ people like this. I WILL NEVER SET MY FOOT IN A MR PRICE FRANCHISE STORE AGAIN. I bought bedding,night stands,carpet and lighting across the road in Kolonade Mall. All of my purchases amounted to roughly R8400. (I also bough beds but I don't know if you stock that,seeing as I left your store as I didn't even want to stay there) I am still astonished that I had to threaten someone with violence to get them to stop shouting at me. After which he still went on while I was leaving...Maybe if my daughters were not there I would have educated him in common decency and respect-the only way it seems he would understand.
