Appauling store service at Mr Price Home Phalaborwa

Appauling service from the Phalaborwa branch especially the manager and assistant manager in the store. I purchased a Russell Hobbs iron and after getting home I noticed that the brand new iron was overheating I took it back and the manager was rude not knowing that the new iron I was being given was also faulty. When I went back I explained that the steam set up option was not working.Little did I know that I was going to be rudely assisted again. I went to the store and they both rudely spoke to me and refused to do the exchange. They were shouting at the top of their voices telling me that's not their problem and I must buy a new one. After spending R500 on an item you always believe you are buying the best and it quality but then u get people that will only frustrate you.
