Appauling Service Delivery from Mr Price Home
A sales consultant helped me purchase retro web chairs online over a month a ago. I specifically asked for white chairs and purchased black chairs. after realizing that they were the incorrect colour I called their online call centre to get my money back. The first consultant said she will assist, took all of my details and to my surprise I get a voucher instead. I then call again and spoke to Nomaswazi from the online call centre, who asked for my bank statement so that she can refund me. I had to send it to her four times and till today I am still sitting with a voucher. last week I called her and she was so disorganised, she had no recall of our call, conversation or what she had done with my query. Last night I saw the white retro chairs are back and would like to purchase them with my voucher. Only issue is that I also received a R300 discount previously and the current amount on the voucher will not be enough to purchase the chairs. I called Mr Price Lifestyle in Centurion because that's where I made the purchase. They pick up the call and hang it up again. I called four times. I called online and the sales agent advised that the shop is the only place that can assist with the purchase. The agent tried to transfer my call to lifestyle and again the pick up and hang up. This has been a very costly exercise for me to purchase two chairs with the airtime, and time spent on the phone trying to get help for a month. I believe after this ordeal has been sorted, will be my last purchase at Mr Price Home. Mr Price Lifestyle ( Centurion) and Nomaswazi ( call centre agent) Mr Price must thank you for shaming their brand.
