Appalling state of merchandise.

Absolutely flabbergasted with Mr Home. I ordered 10 white pillow cases online and each and every single one of them was delivered in an absolutely appalling state. They were so filthy. The administrave admin of having to return these is already giving me a headache and I wonder why they cant just do quality control prior to shipping the products. For such a large company, this is appaling to say the least.
