Appalling Service

The service at your Mr Price Home in Sandton City, Johannesburg is appalling. We went to purchase 3 Grey retro chairs at the value of R799 each - asked for assistance and were given the chairs in a large tardy box without a trolley. When we requested a trolley to take the purchase to the car - the staff were ridiculously unhelpful. There were no free trollies available instead the trollies that customers could've been using where filled up with Mr Price Home goods that were meant to be on shelves or in the storeroom. When we pointed this out to your staff, they kept us waiting for over 30 minutes instead of clearing the trollies or finding us one. My partner ended up leaving the store to find a trolley from another store within the mall. Time was wasted, the store was a mess, the staff was unhelpful, the queues were long due to limited staff at tills. No one assisted us. Worst service ever.
