Appalling Manager

I am disappointed with how Jackie, a manager at the Mr Price store in Vincent Park, handled a recent issue. A family member bought 2 bedside lamps as Christmas gifts, and one was found faulty upon unpacking. When I sought Jackie’s assistance, she dismissed me, claimed the lamp was broken by someone, and referred me to customer services.

I expected more professionalism. Additionally, when my brother followed up by phone, it seemed staff were avoiding his calls. This experience was frustrating and reflects poorly on the store’s customer service.

I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves how such matters are handled.
