Appalling Customer Service

Mr Price Home Kenilworth - appalling customer service. Numbers posted on site for Mr Price and Mr Price Sport do not exist, phone does not get answered in Cavendish at any of their stores. Finally got through to Mr Price Home in KC only for call to be answered by male, no introduction and when I asked for Mr Price Sport number either in KC or Cavendish, I was he doesn't have those numbers and gave me the disconti nued number for KC which I told him was incorrect, I did tell him that the service was appalling as I cannot get through to any branch. I tried the number he gave me again although I knew it was wrong and when I called back, the phone was answered "hello", I asked is that Mr Price Home in KC, abruptly said yes and when I said is that the way to answer the phone to a customer, I was told I was rude for speaking to him that way, I said I am a customer and you do not speak to me in that manner and I was told more than once "you are not my customer" and continued argueing with me, I asked for his name and no surprise, he hung up and after trying 3 times, with no answer, I gave up. I will never set foot in that store again although I had every intention of driving up there and speaking to the Manager, I decided not to waste my time as most likely he get a slap on the wrist. The irony of all this is, I am the Manager of a Customer Service Department for an NPO and this person obviously believes his doing customers a favour by assisting them. I dont expect anything to come of this but I will make it known and wont tolerate being treated in this manner.
