Appalled by the Mr Price Home Service

I placed an order online of the 9th of December 2020 of order #: ***. On the 10th, the following day I received an SMS stating that my order was out for delivery and would be delivered to me before 5pm that day. The order was never delivered. Today, the 15th of December, I called to enquire on this order and spoke to a lady called Krishni Moodley, whose response was that her system was offline and could not track the item. Krishni Moodley promised to get back to me, but never did. Judging by her feeback, I could sense that she was not planning to, as she did not even bother to ask how she can get hold of me, or even confirm my number. When I asked how she was planning to get back to me with feedback, she responded by saying she would call me back on the cell phone number I called her with, when I instead called her from a landline number that isn't even mine.

Now instead, I just received an email stating that my order has been delivered, although I have not received ANYTHING. I have tried to call again, and have been put on hold indefinitely.
