Appalled

I bought a kiddies chest of drawer cause I'm expecting and needed something new before my bundle of joy arrives, little did I know I was making a huge mistake. My drawer came in e days after I had ordered it and that looked like a good sign as baby room has been painted and my pop any minute. When the delivery guys came they advised me that the supplier had packaged the wrong drawer for the front part and they would leave the faulty one and come today or tomorrow back with the correct type. That was the last I saw of them I am sitting with a open drawer that has not been finished been installed which I paid for a box filled with *****s and a six year old in the house. I didn't get a feedback or call from Mr price to ask was my drawer is everything alright after 3 days without contact I called I sent an email till this day the lady who rep**** Nivashni Manilal who is works for customer service complaints has not yet even rep**** to the last email i sent her where she advised when will escalate the matter and I would be assisted within 48-72 hours I have resent the email. I'm appalled with Mr Price lack of care for they customers I will never ever buy big items from them. I should have gone to boardman's.
