Appaling service and absent minded staff
Staff at Mr Price Home hendrik potgieter don't care about customer service. I bought a plasma unit on the 06-08-2014 (12:45pm) but today it has not been delivered. I went there early so that it can be scheduled for delivery on Saturday. I confirmed the delivery for Saturday and it has not happened. The manager Wilfred assured me that the delivery will be made but that was a big lie. <br> <br> I called him today(12-08-15) at 8:50 and he said he will get back to me and I am still waiting. MR Price home HP doesn't care about their customers and I regard the service I received appalling. to make matters worse I only live 3km's from the store. If they don't want to satisfy customers then they should close that branch. I will never shop at Mr Price home HP ever again. <br> <br> I will also cancel my sale and close down my account with Mr Price is that is the way they treat their customers.<br> <br> ANGRY CUSTOMER
