Another poor experience at Mr Price Home in Hillcrest

My poor experience refers to Mr Price Home in Hillcrest, Durban. The staff are *********** and fast asleep. I called the store to enquire dimensions of a pet bed, the lady took more that 15 mins with me on hold to check for the product. When i had gone there the same day it took me less than 5 mins to find the product. When i called the store again to enquire about another pet bed that afternoon, the lady then says she cannot hear on me the phone, yet i repeated the code atleast 5 times and my landline was crystal clear. Such useless idiots, honestly.
