Annoying call centre provides service that does not work
Call centre has twice offered to put me through to Mr Price Claremont and there is no answer, phone just rings. Why does Mr Price Home offer provide this option if it does not work, it is annoying.

Nothing from Claremont yet which was the branch I was originally trying to contact, so there does seem to be a problem there. Greenpoint was very helpful. I suggest you test call Claremont regularly as an internal monitoring to make sure someone answers! Having just spend R2500 at Diep River this morning (an excellent store), I am disappointed that Claremont is not available. My issue can be closed I do not need to speak to Claremont any more.
