AMAZING, FRIENDLY STAFF MEMBER

<p>Today while shopping at this store I had a great experience with a lady working at the store named Jabu (Jabu 2 on her name card).</p> <p> </p> <p>She firstly warned my about my handbag left open and had kept a pillow for me at the store which I had left by accident after paying. She was friendly and warm and made shopping at this store a pleasure.</p> <p> </p> <p>Having said that, this 5 stars is just for JABU and not for any of the other staff ESPECIALLY NOT THE WOMAN AT SECURITY!!!!<br />The staff for the most part were lazy and unwilling to assist but the woman at security at the front was rude, unhelpful and had an attitude that I could not believe.</p> <p>She told me I could not leave the store with the trolley (which was filled to the rims, there was no way I could carry all of my purchases) but was in no way helpful in finding a solution and proceded to be rude.</p> <p>Once I returned to the store about 30 minutes later (having realised I left my pillow) she acted completelt clueless and rude again, not understanding what a pillow even was.</p>
