Amazing Customer service

I went to Mr Price Home in Design Quarter on Friday evening while there was loadshedding. The store was still open but partially deem and i browsed around.

I eventually reached out to the 3 consultants and one of them by the name of Katlego Molaodi came to me and was patient enough with my indecisive self with scatter cushions. He went up and down with me, suggested colours, gave his honest opinion which is what i needed and eventually convinced me to buy a throw i felt was expensive. I was mindful of time as it was almost closing time but he was calm and said not to rush, i came all the way in the night rain and loadshedding, i must get what i need. He even showed me trays and ornaments of what could go with both my lounge and bedroom.

Escorted me to the pay point and suggested that i get a Mr Price home account that way i won’t worry about spending and will just have to control it.

He was a breath of fresh air and gave an amazing and genuine customer service, I actually felt so bad that I didn’t have any cash on me to tip him.

Please give him a complimentary voucher as I’ll go back to that store because of his great service.
