Am I meant to assemble this baby cot on my own????

<p>Dear Mr Price /To whom it may concern<br /> <br /> I bought a baby cot via your Online store on the 28th Oct,the cot was eventually delivered to me . The day I received the cot ,the delivery guys picked up that they could not assemble it (as I paid for the service) as the *****s were not included and I was then told that it's I would have to contact head office to make the aware that the delivery was incomplete . I then did as I was told and may I add what a nightmare it was getting hold of someone who would assist me but eventually I did and I was told I would be contacted with the delivery details,today (8th Oct) I got a call from the courier company who wanted to let me know that the delivery would take place today and I ensured that I made myself available . After hours of waiting I finally got a call that they delivery guys were at the gate and sent my little brother to let them in, he then returns with a bunch of *****s in a pack and a message from the guys that they are running out of time and therfore will not be coming in to have the cot assembled .<br /> <br /> Now what's really ****ing me off is that I've been patient this whole time ,my child is due in a few days and I've paid for a service that I thought would make my life easier seeing that I'm heavily pregnancy .What am I expected to do? ??? Am I meant to assemble this baby cot on my own though I've paid for the service,Is this the type of service you provide to your clients ????<br /> <br /> What a shame!!!!</p>
