Almost 4 months to collect an item

It's been almost 3 months going on for 4 that I'm asking Mr Price home and City Logistics to collect an item from me. Every time someone will get back and they never do until I enquire.

City Logistics called me to say they collecting last week Thursday. Someone took off from work to wait for them and no one came . This happened twice that they say they will collect and no communication. I'm moving soon and would like this to be sorted out ASAP. I have really been patient with Mr price and City Logistics thus far. Between these 2 companies I'm not sure delaying the process.
