I would like to commend this platform for allowing us to share our frustrations with some retailers for giving us customers a hard time. I’m happy to say MRprice was able to reverse the airtime money they claimed I bought it through my account, this happened after my 2nd complaint regarding this matter, I would like to also thank Mrprice team , Zoleka and the rest,I think if you would give yourself time to treat each customer’s case so dillgentlly and quick we would have more more compliments than complaints in this platform thank you.
