After 3 weeks of placing my order still have not recieved my goods

I am disgusted with Mrp deliver structure I on numerous occasions shop online and every single time end up having a problem

I placed my order on the 25th of October for store delivery and since I went about twice to the store enquiring about my order and still no luck with that why do they have the convenience of online shopping when its not very convenient receiving your purchase . I went to trade route mall they took all my details and said they would give me a call back on Saturday the 11th and to date I have still not received any feedback from them
