<p>Greetings all at Mrp Home</p> <p>This is a delayed review but I finally got to it because once you experience genuine customer service,it would be injustice not acknowledge a job well done!</p> <p>I was in your store a month or so ago on a Saturday afternoon to enquire about my account. Seeing as Mrp sports and Mrp home are now under one roof,i decided to go to sports first thinking they would be able to help me but no luck,instead the cashier was rude and sent me to the home section. </p> <p>Luckily as I came down stairs there were a couple of associates who stood there and kept referring me to the next available one. Until a young lady came and asked how she could assist and I told her my dilemma. She was professional,well spoken,tidy and quite witty. She explained the procedures and what could've possibly went wrong. She gathered the paper work from her office and called credit office on my behalf,and even offered to follow up on the feedback. </p> <p>After nearly spending an hour at the tills a positive result surfaced, with the help of Phamela,she turned my Saturday afternoon of hell into a pleasant one. </p> <p>It ended being a lovely shopping experience and not forgetting to mention the amazing furniture team upstairs. Well done,will be back soon!</p>
