This account is supposed to been closed already. I send you emails with a clearance certificate from the collectors you hand me over to. It's been open 2017.It's now 8 years already. So according to credit law in South Africa it's supposed to be written of as bad credit. So can you now please remove this account from my name and write it off.I need feedback from you ASAP.

23 Mar 2025, 10:41I put my problem on hellopeter as well. Hope that will wake you up and attend to your customers services. You are really bad.I am trying now for 3 years already to solf this issue. You are unprofessional and do not know you credit law.That a account need to be closed after 5 years as bad credit. Looks like you making your own ruels.
