Account application

Worst service from mr home kolonnade retail park . I app**** for a account on the 23rd July never got feedback . Called then the 4th August then they said i must supply my payslips which in the 23rd i asked the lady do they need anything else she said no which i then send through on the 4th august ,still no feedback today the 11th august still waiting worst service ever!!!!
