Abysmal service Rosebank Mall

Abysmal and disrespectful service from Andiswa at Mr Price Home Rosebank Mall. I have vowed never to go back to any Mr Price home after the Nicolway Mr Price home refused to refund me for an online purchase other than via a gift voucher refund order #***7 sent via email on 23/01/12. In a desperate attempt to use the R114.91 Mr.Price home legally owes me I tried to redeem my voucher on 24 January 2024 only to ignored and disrespected by the assistant store manager Andiswa at your Rosebank Mall store. I showed my online voucher, was told that they can only scan it when I purchased the goods I ordered online. No internet connection I store as such I could not find the email with the online details. No solution by store staff. Kindly refund me in cash or transfer said amount to my bank account. I do not wish to ever shop at Mr Price Home again.
