Absurd customer service and disastrous courier services!!!

I never thought that ordering two mirrors from Mr Price Home would be such a horrible experience. I paid R3600 for two mirrors at the end of December and after receiving no mirrors and having to continuously call customer service to find out about my delivery I finally received a refund of R3200! Where is the missing R400? Is that for the couriers who constantly **** about attempting deliveries after I waited home for entire days waiting for 2 mirrors???? It’s 2023, how hard is it to say what time you’re making a delivery and then actually having the audacity to lie about making one afterwards and further lie about making calls to the client when absolutely 0 were made!

I am beyond ****ed. I can’t believe it took only 2 mirrors to show me what a horrible company I have stupidly been giving my support to for the last 10 years.
