A WEEK WITHOUT A COUCH AFTER IT WAS PROMISED TO ME

I am utterly disgusted at the service from Mr Price Home. My couch was collected on Monday and I was told that the refund would be processed with 24 to 48 working hours. It's Saturday today and there is no damn refund processed. I have been sitiing on the floor for a week. Do u not care about your clients!??
