A throne of lies and poor service.....

You will struggle to find worse service than this company. I did a review here, they promise to resolve the issue...they have done NOTHING about it. I went to Facebook, where they contacted me through messenger, here they made many promises. Even timelines by when my issues will be resolved....but they also did nothing. Days later, a simple thing like change the invoice details has not been done....just promises of how it will be done. Everything has been a disaster from the start. Product sold online but not available. Lies about no stock at stores. Me having to pay for the same product twice, offering a voucher because they don't want to give my money back and then more lies more lies. Still waiting for my refund, still waiting for my VAT invoice with my company details....as I've supp****...over and over and over again. your company is a horrible company to deal with, you have ZERO customer service, you take money for products you don't have...and your staff lies like they get paid to do it.
