8 week (AND COUNTING) delivery on a couch

I placed an order (and PAID) with Mr Price Home for an L shaped couch 6 weeks ago. Majority of people advised me not to as their delivery times are poor, and true to form I am still sitting on my lounge floor - with no feedback or guarantee when to expect a delivery.<br> <br> Delivery Time of Disappointments:<br> 1. wait 2 weeks for availability of stock<br> 2. wait another week for delivery<br> 3. Item cannot be delivered because it's damaged... (they must be shipping rejects)<br> 4. Only half the couch has been shipped<br> 5. Call customer care and they promise to sort it out and replenish the order<br> 6. No response a week later, I call to follow up - they forgot to place the order for a new couch.<br> 7. No stock of couches, have to wait 2-3 weeks for the new couch.<br> 8. A week later and no feedback on when to expect the couch to be delivered.<br> 9. Phone Mr Price canal walk for an update 3 times this morning, no answer.<br> <br> Clearly Mr Price Home gladly accepts your money for a couch, gains interest on it for 2 months, while you sit on the floor of your lounge for 8 weeks.<br> <br> NO FEEDBACK, NO RESPONSE, NO DELIVERY DATE!<br> <br> I will never order anything from then again!
