24 hour voucher turns into 41 hours and 45 min

I placed an order with Mr Price Home online last week, and kindly Andrew Alli phoned on Monday to let me know they don't (once again) have stock of 2x Beach mats and 1x White casserole. He then promised me telephonically at +- 15:00 that I will get my voucher for the items PLUS a voucher for economy delivery within 24 hours - he even then promised per e-mail on Monday 26/01/2015 at 15:05 that my voucher will be for R279-97 and the reason for the voucher will be: Missing items. It now has been 41 hours and 48 minutes later (and still counting) and I still did not receive my voucher. I did how ever receive my 2x Beach umbrella's yesterday (27/01/2015) and am very happy with it. BUT am so disappointed in the service Andrew Alli is giving me and not replying to any of my e-mails either anymore. Mr Price Home is the BEST place to shop for HOME items especially being a newly home owner and now I sit with problems like this :( the beach mats are for a family member travelling overseas and the casserole was a birthday present (supposed to be) for this weekend 30/01/2015 ... I guess your slogan is \Let's see how fast we can dissappoint you"..."""
