20 Days To Deliver My Order

<p>I ordered a couch with Mr Price Home (Online) on 10/01/2017 and two days later I got a call about my couch going to Durban when I rectified my location and was told to expect it the following week. Nothing happened until 23/01/2017 when I was emailed about my order only being "received" by the courier THEN. After 13 days! From there on I was told to expect it by that Thursday. No couch! On Friday I called to inquire about why it hasn't arrived and I was told it was on its way to Durban, AGAIN! I was sent from pillar to post when asking about why my couch is going to Durban TWICE as I rectified my location the first time about but Nivashnee said she would call me back and left me hanging! She probably knocked off and went home without looking into my issue. How can it take a whole month for me to receive my couch? After also being charged an extra R 300 for a 7 working day order? I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Disgusting service from Mr Price Home. Never order a thing with them.</p>
