14 Days is over

I bought couches from Mr price Zambezi in august 2014, by December 2014 they were damage , I decided to write to Mr price home beginning of January 2015 to inform them about the damage, on the 28/01/2015 they decided to respond that they will give me new couches, however in February 2015 they said they will send an inspector to evaluate the damaged, he pitched beginning of march and said he will write a report that I need new ones as the ones I have are damaged and it is a factory fault. he then drafted an email and said I will receive them after 14 days, on the 14th day I sent an email to ask the whereabouts of the couches and I received a call from another lady who informed I will receive them after 14 days, I asked her that I must wait for another 14 days and she said yes and she apologised for the long wait, after days after her call I sent an email to ask as to when I will receive the goods, we are now approaching 30 days after her call and still no response and no couches, I feel this is a pathetic service and there are some irresponsible parties cause I responded promptly to all emails, still hope I'm not expected to collect the couches after such a long wait.
