14 Days after Paying and Still no Delivery

On the 5th February I placed an order via the Mr Price Home online portal.<br> Opted for the 7 day delivery option to the store...<br> On the 13th February I received an email to say my parcel had been shipped to the store.<br> On the 14th February I went to the store to collect my parcel and after standing in a queue and waiting while the cashier scratched through parcel in the back I was told the parcel hadn't yet arrived.<br> Monday, 16th February I called in to the Call Centre and was told the parcel was with the courier (City Couriers) and would be delivered to the store on Tuesday... Tuesday came and went and no parcel.. Wednesday I called the Call Centre and was told the same story... Needless to say... no parcel.. On Thursday morning I called the Call Centre again and was told that the parcel would be delivered between 12h00 - 17h00. After calling the store on 19th February to find out if my parcel had arrived.. I was told No Sorry..<br> This morning I called the Call Centre again and was told that my parcel will be delivered to the store tomorrow, 20th February...<br> I then proceeded to call City Couriers and was told that there is no such order with them...<br> <br> Who is fooling who here??!!
