13 days after shipping my order and still waiting for Mr Price Home to wake up!!!

Ordered some pillows from Mr Price Home online and payed and received email confirmation on the 17th of October that my order was shipped. Today it is the 30th of October and nothing. The store in the town I reside still did not receive this order and not even on my online profile does this order reflect. Pls, do not order online from MR Price Home, they are a bunch of miniatures, and it takes up to 15 minutes to get thru to any one at the '0800' call center. Serious?!!!!
