Zizipho hung up the phone when she failed to address my query

Zizipho hung up the telephone on me when she could not answer or resolve my query. She has an attitude problem. I quote, "I would have to check that on Google maps urgh" and then hung up. Is this the poor customer service standard that you as a company advocate for? If not, how are you dealing with such attitude and below standard service delivery from your employees that I making us judge your company so poorly?
