Zero rate for MrD. Terrible service

We should be able to rate zero star. Worse service ever. I placed an order and discovered I made a mistake with the delivery, mind you the distance of the location was only 3 kms difference. I called MrD immediately after placing my order to cancel the order or to change address and I was told I was too late, the restaurant is already preparing the order and the driver is already here, I must make arrangements with the driver who said they don’t deliver my side while he was still at the restaurant. I told him to leave my order there I will collect it then. He drove to the wrong location with my order and after that cancelled my order. I’m only being refunded 50% WHY!!! Never again will I order from there and if you do, order for cash on delivery in that case there’s no cash lost (my 2 cent advise).
