Yucky Delivery (Mr D)

At a hotel in Pretoria, i place an order at 14:53pm today on the 01.08.2018 from Simply Asia via Mr Delivery. Estimated time given is 15:45. I get a call at about 15:53 saying the delivery guy is downstairs. I request the lady on the other end to ask the delivery guy to come up, she agrees. 5 minutes go by, i call reception to let the guy come up, BOOM, no delivery guy at reception.

I call the call center at 16:23 enquiring about my order. They promise to come back to me. At 16:44 i write an email coz no one is coming back to me now. I am very hungry and irritated. The call center calls at 5pm giving me an excuse that i don't even understand (probably coz i was very hungry). I decide to cancel the order coz it's gonna be an hour until i get food again

I am very unhappy by the services give to me by Mr D. Happy to say that they have lost a client/customer in me.
