Your service sucks

Once again Takealot Delivery has dropped the ball . I received a call from them to say they would be delivering my cheque card this morning between 08h30 and 09h00. I called at 09h16 to make sure there is no repeat of the nonsense the last time with the debit card. Wow i was informed the delivery time is actually 20h30 and 21h00 but they don't deliver at night . Why does FNB use these *********** people to handle deliveries of this nature .
