Your driver threatening us!!

So after your driver, who came to our place with a filthy demeanor, inconvenienced us and was rude to us....he sends us a text threatening us!! His number ********** 173!! Plz attend to him immediately or I will seek legal action against you as a company and him!! We will not be mistreated, inconvenienced and threatened! We pay for your services or are you'll running a soup kitchen???
