You never get your order or you never get the right stuff or they just take the money.

First off I've ordered a lot but recently I keep getting stuck with people who either don't deliver or they make you wait 2 hours before saying oh can't deliver? The service is so bad. I was debited twice - phoned in, was told I'd get a refund, phoned back they tell me a different story and that I should talk to my bank. which my bank rep**** it is their deduction not ours... Then today I order - see my driver is taking a completely wrong route- ask him where he is going, doesn't reply. Phone in, and yup you guessed it, they tell me they will contact the driver - the driver then gives my order to someone else - not even close to my address and that's the service? I either 1 don't get my orders or 2 my orders have missing item or the worst is I get debited for an order that wasn't even placed. And to top that I always add tip - well now not anymore cause my **** doesn't even arrive. the service is poor.
